from R1X, R3A, R3B, R4P, R5. Tretero is no longer supported.
I can't buy a license for R2R.
My question is : "What solution is the best one for me?" Do i have to buy R2R license? Or is there an alternative? I have a pc with: Windows 7 32bit, 8 Gb RAM, Intel Core i5 3470, ATI Radeon HD 4350. I have a galaxy tab 2 with 8 Gb ram, CPU TI OMAP 4470, HD 3000, Qualcomm GPU.

Xiphos is a very simple application for the creation of AIFF/WAV files for export to audio units. It allows you to save and edit waveforms while you can also tag the saved file with up to 7 metadata tags. This format is easy to process by applications and sounds great.
The biggest downside of this format is that there is no support for reverbs, other than the very basic reverb effect provided by Xiphos.
You may want to download a trial version of Xiphos (or check if there is a demo version available on your system) and see if it is sufficient for your needs.
For this demo, I recommend you to just import some drum samples into a project, and then export it back to the same name. This will allow you to see if it sounds well and lets you import and export to multiple tracks.
Also you can see if it is good enough for your needs by creating your own project with the same samples and then save the project. When you open the project, all imported and exported files should be in your current folder.
Note that this is a very primitive reverb plugin for a demo, so you may want to find a more advanced one instead.
Protein-engineering toolkit for novel second generation P2Y(12) receptor antagonists.
The purinergic P2Y(12) receptor, a G-protein-coupled receptor for ADP, has been recognized as a potential target for the management of thrombotic events. Here, we report the development of novel and highly potent second-generation P2Y(12) receptor antagonists featuring an N-methylpiperidine group in the C-terminal extension. A combination of structure-based design and combinatorial chemistry was employed to identify compound 4-{4-[(
